WARRANTY IS INCLUDED WITH EVERY PURCHASE

6-Month Warranty – Select Jewelry Items
Our 6-month warranty applies to the following pieces:
• Earrings
• Rings
• Necklaces
• Bracelets
• Bangles

Earrings
If the pearl detaches from the setting and you still have the pearl, Sea Breeze Collective will repair it free of charge. Complimentary repairs are also offered for broken components such as chains, jump rings, or the earring itself.

If you lose one earring from a pair, you may request a replacement at a discounted rate.

Please allow 2–3 business days for repairs.

Rings
If a pearl becomes loose or detaches from its setting and you still have the pearl, we will repair it at no cost. If the pearl is lost, a replacement can be requested for a reasonable fee, based on the current market price of Tahitian pearls.

Necklaces
If the pearl is lost, you will be responsible for replacing it, with the cost determined by current Tahitian pearl market pricing.

Repairs for other components are as follows:
• Broken chains can be repaired for a reasonable fee
Jump rings can be replaced free of charge
Clasps can be repaired at no cost

Please allow 2–3 business days for repairs.

Bracelets & Bangles
If the pearl becomes loose or detaches from its setting and you still have the pearl, Sea Breeze Collective will repair it free of charge. If the pearl is lost, you may request a replacement pearl at a reasonable fee based on the current market price of Tahitian pearls.

If the bangle or bracelet itself breaks or becomes damaged, repairs may be possible depending on the extent of the damage.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs or replacements. A flat rate of $10 will apply to all warranty service shipments.
